Account Executive

Drive new business growth for EthosMR by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals that expand our presence in the research and insights industry.
Client Acquisition:
Prospect and engage potential clients across North America and globally, focusing on research agencies, brands, and enterprise clients seeking data collection, analytics, or AI solutions.
Lead Management:
Qualify inbound inquiries and product-qualified leads (PQLs), conduct discovery calls, and tailor presentations to client needs and objectives.
Solution Selling:
Demonstrate EthosMR’s full suite of capabilities—including quantitative and qualitative research, AI voice agents, translation, and multicultural recruitment—through customized pitches and demos.
Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a robust pipeline, managing 5–10 high-value opportunities per month with an average contract value (ACV) of $20K+.
Negotiation & Closing:
Lead proposal development, handle pricing discussions, and navigate contract terms, legal compliance, and security requirements in collaboration with leadership.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Project Management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction post-sale.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and client needs to position EthosMR as a strategic, innovative partner.
Reporting:
Track sales metrics using CRM tools, providing weekly updates and forecasts to management.
Growth Mindset:
Continuously refine your sales approach, contributing ideas to strengthen EthosMR’s go-to-market and client engagement strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, market research, or professional services.
Proven track record of exceeding quotas and managing complex sales cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong technical aptitude with digital tools (e.g., HubSpot, Notion, Framer, Zapier, or similar).
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Familiarity with multicultural or data-driven marketing solutions is an asset.
