Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of market research projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations, are on time, and within budget. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution: Manage multiple market research projects from inception to completion, including setting timelines, defining project scope, and ensuring deliverables are met.

  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear and proactive communication regarding project status, updates, and deliverables.

  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (research, data analytics, and recruitment) and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects.

  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring costs remain within the allocated budget and alerting stakeholders of potential overruns.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of all project outputs, including questionnaires, data, reports, and presentations.

  • Problem Solving: Identify and mitigate potential risks or roadblocks, proactively resolving issues to maintain project timelines and client satisfaction.

  • Reporting: Provide clients with regular updates and final reports, presenting data and insights in a clear, actionable format.

  • Vendor Management: Work with third-party vendors (e.g., panel providers, translators, and technical partners) to support various project needs.

  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Market Research, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the market research industry.

  • Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.

  • Experience managing budgets and timelines for multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of multicultural research and ethnic panels is a plus.
