Drive the visibility, engagement, and growth of EthosMR brands through strategic digital marketing, campaign execution, and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, web, and paid media) to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Content Creation & Management:
Collaborate with the design and research teams to create compelling content that showcases EthosMR’s expertise in multicultural and market research.

Website & SEO Optimization:
Manage website updates, improve page performance, and ensure strong SEO to increase organic traffic and conversions.

Social Media Management:
Develop and maintain an active presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms, aligning messaging with ongoing campaigns and seasonal themes.

Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Brevo; provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Email Marketing:
Design, schedule, and analyze email campaigns targeting both B2B clients and panel members using platforms such as Brevo or Mailchimp.

Partnership & Collaboration:
Work closely with internal departments (Research, Operations, and AI teams) to align marketing efforts with company initiatives, client projects, and panel engagement.

Brand Consistency:
Ensure visual and tonal consistency across all touchpoints, reinforcing EthosMR’s positioning as a trusted, innovative research partner.

Automation & Tools:
Use tools like Framer, Notion, Zapier, and ReferralHero to streamline marketing processes and enhance campaign reach.

Continuous Improvement:
Experiment with new channels, creative formats, and automation tools to continuously refine performance and engagement metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or market research industries.

  • Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, and paid digital campaigns.

  • Experience using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).

  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with Framer, WordPress, or similar CMS tools.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of multicultural marketing or diverse audience targeting is an asset.
